Direct Care Provider- Pool

We are currently looking for Par Time Pool Direct Care Provider to join our Inpatient Team!

Pay Rate :$18.00 per hour plus shift differential

Location & Schedule:

This position would be working on an as needed basis at our 24hour crisis unit in Kingman Arizona. This is perfect for anyone who would like to earn an work parttime and have flexibility. This position requires working 12 hour shifts from either 7:00am 7:00pm or 7:00pm 7:00am. Weekly hours would vary and this position is not eligible for benefits.

Challenging and rewarding position in ourInpatient Location providing behavioral health interventions in a structured nonhospital setting that assists adults in overcoming behavioral health crisis. Services are provided in a locked facility with 24hour nursing coverage on the premises court ordered treatment is also will have the opportunity to be a pivotal change maker in the lives of clients by connecting them with community resources. Working in an acute care setting no two days are the same; you will be challenged with varied of patients overcoming behavioral health crisis.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Provide assessments of members in crisis and assist in setting/reaching attainable goals.
• Prevocational training
• Documentation and case management
• Crisis intervention
• Individual and counseling services to seriously mentally ill members
• Responsible for contributing to and creating a recoverybased environment.
• Work with significant others and integrate them in the treatment plan where appropriate
• Supervise and monitor members while on site.
• Check vital signs as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum requirement consists of a 21year age
• A High School Diploma/GED and six months of fulltime Behavioral Health experience/integrated health experience; OR
• A related Associates degree and six weeks of fulltime Behavioral Health/integrated health experience; OR
• A nonrelated Associates degree and one year of fulltime behavioral health/integrated health experience; OR
• A related bachelors degree; OR
• A nonrelated bachelors degree plus six months of relevant experience in behavioral health.
• MVR clearance required.
