Job Description
Whatyou wouldbe doing:
The Charge Nurse plays a key role at The Orchards and more importantly in the lives of our residents and their family members by providing coordinating and managing nursing care and health education for our residents.Equally important the nurse acts as a coach and role model for our nursing assistants by providing direction best practices and leading problem solving on daily care concerns.
Thesuccessfulcandidate:
must have a current state license to practice as a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN).CurrentCPRcertification andadditionalcertification in nursing specialtydesired.
preferablyhasexperience in a longterm care setting.
excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
