Software Requirements:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java C or C#.
- Experience with Linux basic commands and scripting languages.
- Strong understanding of EFT ATM Switch technologies and transaction processing.
- Proficiency in working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with security standards and practices in the financial industry.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with EMVCo certification standards and facilitate the certification process.
- Work with certification authorities to ensure that ATM systems meet all relevant regulatory and industry standards.
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for EMV ATMs covering functional regression and integration testing.
- Perform EMV chip card testing including transaction processing card validation and cryptographic key management.
- Ensure that the ATM system meets the security requirements as per EMV specifications.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and proactively identify and resolve technical issues.
Categorywise Technical Skills:
- Experience with ATM Switch Products: Base24 SmartVista Tango Postilion or similar.
- ATM/POS/Switch Testing: Handson experience with ATM/POS/Switch testing.
- Domain Knowledge: Payments Card Issuing Merchant Acquiring Open Banking Regulatory & Statutory guidelines/rules Schemes.
- Security Standards: Knowledge of Visa/Mastercard certification testing and various test simulators like VersaTest VTS MAS.
- Linux and Database: Handson experience with Linux basic commandline tools and working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in ATM Switch technology and software development EMVrelated standards (e.g. EMVCo certification PCI DSS certification).
Experience:
- 910 years of relevant experience with a focus on EFT ATM Switch technology and products.
DaytoDay Activities:
- Develop and execute test plans and cases for EMV ATMs.
- Perform EMV chip card testing including transaction processing card validation and cryptographic key management.
- Ensure compliance with EMV specifications and facilitate certification processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
