Job Description
Experience in BDC is preferred but not required. We will train the right person. We are looking for someone who is reliable selfmotivated and upbeat to add to our team. This is a fast paced environment so multitasking and being coachable is a must! Our team handles all of the inbound service calls for the dealership answers the inbound service leads for the dealership. You must be comfortable speaking on the phone with customers as well as writing emails/ text. Being a quick thinker and detail oriented is a must!
Responsibilities and Duties
- Communicate with service customers by phone internet email and text
- Comfortable phone skills.
- Schedule appointments for our busy service team.
- Confirm next day service appointments
- Reach out to customers with recalls to schedule their appointment.
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of the dealership service offerings
- Answering customer inquiries and providing information on products and services
- Collaborating with our service team
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in a BDC/ call centerenvironment preferred
- Strong professional Communication and phone skills
- Problem solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve customer concerns
- Proficiency with CRM and DMS software or related tools
- Reliable transportation with a valid drivers license
- Great personality patient and the ability to show empathy
