A wellestablished wholesaler in the food industry is looking for a Maintenance Manager to be based in Elsies River.
Requirements
- 5 years experience in a maintenance managerial role preferred
- Mechanical / Electrical Qualification N6 Trade Test
- Degree Mechanical/ Electrical
- Exp working in LSS or TMP environment
- Exp working in a GMP food environment Deli environment will be an advantage)
- Collaborate with external vendors for equipment and repairs/ maintenance
- Supervise a team provide training and support
- Excellent leadership/ team management skills
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Flexible and adaptable to changing production needs
