Location: Las Vegas NV
Property Size: 304 units (market rate)
Employment Duration: Regular Full time
Salary: $29$32/hour bonus benefits

As an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operations and maintenance of our apartment communities. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing maintenance department training supervising and developing the maintenance technician team completing work orders unit turns work orders HVAC repair plumbing drywall vendor management and achieving customer service goals. With your strong leadership skills and expertise in maintenance you will ensure that our residents enjoy a safe comfortable and wellmaintained living environment.

HOW YOU WILL IMPACT OUR COMPANY:
- Manage service requests.
- Create and maintain a makeready schedule. Monitor apartment vacancies daily and oversee and complete the turnover process.
- Build strong rapport with residents.
- Deliver an exceptional experience for residents.
- Participate in all community maintenance duties including; preventative maintenance service request completion and groundskeeping.
- Handle emergencies that arise with appropriate communication and reporting followup.
- Lead train and motivate a highperforming team.
- Conduct business in accordance with company policies Fair Housing laws Americans with Disabilities Act Fair Credit Reporting Act and all other laws pertaining to multifamily housing.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- 3 years of Supervisory experience.
- Ability to multitask and meet goals.
- Experience using equipment supplies and materials used in the maintenance field.
- Excellent customer service and passion for helping people.
- Ability to lift push and pull up to 90 pounds.
- Attention to safety and ability to comply with all MSDA Sheets.
- Good communication and attention to detail.
