100 Onroad autonomous flexible hours
Risk & Security Management (RS) is one of Australias largest Mercantile agencies we provide field services to the financial services sector (including banks other credit providers energy retailers and insurance companies) government departments global corporations and law firms.
Our Field Agents are engaged to attend various residences or businesses on behalf of our Clients to interact with their Customers inperson.
There is no requirement to attend an office the role is completed onroad and agents get the freedom to manage their job list within a regulated window generally 7am 9pm.
About the role
Training is provided but this is a fully autonomous role. You get a list of jobs with client service instructions. This role involves travelling from address to address approaching someones residence or business identifying the intended customer and effectively communicating service instructions.
We specialise in Legal and Financial matters so the services generally include:
Serving Legal documents or process
Making inquiries on behalf of an Insurance Utility or Debt Collection Agency
Conducting Floor Plan Audits (i.e. stock take of a car yard)
The role is outcome focused. Attendances are not scheduled so outcomes are at your discretion and depend on connecting with people. Flexibility to attempt at different times including evenings and weekends is required.
About You
The successful applicant will possess a good work ethic be financially literate empathetic and a strong communicator that is comfortable interacting with a broad range of people.
Any experience in collections door knocking customer service or driving (i.e. Taxi Courier) nice to have but not required.
Professional requirements
Open drivers license
Mobile telephone & computer with internet and printer
Basic level of computer literacy
There are no commercial industry licensing requirements in Victoria for this role.
