Job Description
Do you have 3 years of experience working with people with an ID/DD diagnosis. Do you have a year of management experience in OPWDD services Our Evening Supervisors welcome and train new employees at our homes where we support adults with developmental disabilities. This employee completes shadow training with new employees. They provide coaching observations and serve as a mentor to staff. They work with our management teams on a variety of tasks such as conducting fire drills administering medications or preparing meals. This person ensures adequate staffing and has oncall responsibilities.
This is a 36hours a week position. The schedule is a Sunday through Wednesday evening schedule or a Wednesday through Saturday evening schedule. The starting payrate for this position is $26.00 per hour.
To be eligible you will need:
- High school diploma/GED bachelors preferred
- 3 years of experience working in the ID/DD field
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Valid Drivers License
