We are seeking a talented individual to join our Apprenticeship Programme. This role will be based in Norwich. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Our Programme:
16Month Level 3 Apprenticeship: Start in October 2025 fully supported by Davies Learning Solutions.
Integrated Learning: Participate in an 18month Guy Carpenter program combining study with handson business experience.
FullTime Role: Enjoy a permanent position with a competitive salary.
Comprehensive Training: Gain insights into Guy Carpenter and the industry through training events networking and business support.
Skill Development: Dedicate 20 of your work time to developing the skills and knowledge needed for your apprenticeship.
Various Roles Available: Join our Client Support Services team focusing on technical reinsurance claims and premium processing.
We will count on you to:
Understand how Guy Carpenter (GC) meets client needs and the key principles of risk insurance and reinsurance.
Gain practical experience to effectively handle various business situations.
Build a network with fellow trainees alumni and stakeholders across the business.
Contribute to departmental targets and key performance indicators while managing your workload effectively.
Research solutions to issues ensuring the best outcomes for GC and its clients.
Maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients and support internal and external meetings and projects.
What you need to have:
96 UCAS points at ALevel or equivalent (BTEC TLEVEL etc) Applicants at ALevel will need to enter n/a in the degree field to bypass this section of their application.
5 GCSEs at Grades 9 4 (including English & Maths)
