Hiring for the position of Architect for a Construction and Real Estate Sector in Bhubaneswar location.

Project Planning & Design:
Creating architectural designs considering structural integrity aesthetics functionality and compliance with building codes and regulations.
Proficient in Mivan construction techniques which involve the use of aluminum formwork systems for efficient andfastpaced construction of highrise buildings.

Technical Expertise
Ensuring the buildings structural integrity and safety through appropriate designs and engineering solutions.
3.Quality Control and Assurance:
Conducting regular site visits to monitor the construction progress ensuring quality standards are maintained and addressing any discrepancies.
Implementing measures to guarantee that the final structure meets design expectations and quality benchmarks.
Experience: Min 7 years in Architectural work.
