As a Senior Product Designer (in Business Lending) you will:
- Design seamless intelligent experiences that transform how NABs business bankers support Australian businesses.
- Work on a variety of transformation projects and banking initiatives that improve how we lend.
- Be part of a customerobsessed team that engages directly with business customers to understand their needs and build a visionary target state for NAB.
- Solve complex design challenges balancing customer needs business goals and regulatory requirements to create intuitive scalable solutions.
This is more than just another UI/UX roleyoull be deeply embedded in problemsolving working across multiple teams to design tools and workflows that enhance the endtoend banker experience. Your work will directly impact how NABs business bankers operate giving them the best tools to serve Australian businesses efficiently and effectively.

What youll do
- Lead the design of new tools and workflows that enhance the endtoend experience for NABs business bankers.
- Work closely with product owners business analysts and subject matter experts to define problems and align on solutions.
- Engage with NAB bankers and customers to validate your designs ensuring they are userfriendly and impactful.
- Contribute to NABs design system ensuring consistency and scalability across digital experiences.
- Communicate design decisions effectively using visuals and storytelling to influence stakeholders and drive alignment.
- Be part of a collaborative design team sharing ideas feedback and growing alongside talented designers.
What youll bring
- Demonstrated experience working as a Senior Product Designer ideally working in complex industries such as banking finance fintech insurance or trading.
- Strong UX/UI skills with a keen eye for visual design typography and layout. You bring good taste and know how to create polished highquality work.
- Experience designing for complex systems where multiple user types and workflows need to be considered.
- A natural ability to communicate aligning stakeholders across business and technology teams to drive great design outcomes.
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems ensuring scalable and maintainable designs.
- Curiosity and problemsolving skillsyou dont just execute you think critically about how to improve experiences and challenge assumptions.
