Job Title: PartTime Parts Counter Associate
Location: Freedom Chevrolet Fremont MI
Pay: $15 $17 per hour
Job Description:
Freedom Chevrolet is seeking a motivated and customerfocused PartTime Parts Counter Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with automotive parts and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers and service technicians in finding and ordering the correct parts.
Process parts orders returns and exchanges accurately.
Maintain an organized inventory and parts counter area.
Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding part availability pricing and compatibility.
Receive and stock incoming parts shipments.
Handle phone inquiries and assist customers with their parts needs.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering friendly and efficient service.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an automotive parts department is preferred but not required.
Basic knowledge of automotive parts and terminology.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask effectively.
Proficiency with computers and inventory management systems is a plus.
Must be able to lift and carry heavy parts when needed.
