The Service Advisor should be able to meet and greet customers with a positive attitude and a smile on their face. The Service Advisor needs to be able to answer question and identify the need for and sell the work on both repair and maintenance. The Service Advisor is the firstperson customers make contact with.The Service Advisor is the liaison between customers and technicians who perform the maintenance and repairs as well as the entire dealership.
