Job Description
Job Summary:
Colonial Chevrolet of Acton is seeking a skilled and experienced Quick Service Technician to join our team in providing topnotch automotive services to our valued customers. This fulltime position will be responsible for performing a variety of quick service tasks on vehicles including oil changes tire rotations filter replacements and other minor repairs. The ideal candidate is selfmotivated detailoriented and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Sign on Bonus up too $2000
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a fulltime position with compensation ranging from $18 to $27 per hour paid weekly. As a fulltime employee you will also be eligible for our comprehensive benefits package which includes health and dental insurance 401(k) paid time off and employee discounts on vehicle purchases parts and services.
Responsibilities:
Perform quick service tasks including but not limited to oil changes tire rotations brake inspections and filter replacements on a variety of vehicles
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while working on vehicles
Diagnose and troubleshoot minor vehicle issues
Keep a clean and organized work area
Communicate with service advisors and customers to explain vehicle issues and recommendations for repairs
Complete repair orders and maintain accurate records of services performed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a quick service technician or similar role is preferred
Must have valid drivers license and clean driving record
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Teamoriented mindset with excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
