EPE is seeking a highly skilledSenior Software Engineer with a focus in developing modern web based front end solutions to be part of a dynamic and highly technical team. In this role you will lead the design development and implementation of frontend components and interfaces for EPE software products that serve the energy industry. You will have opportunities to work with the latest technologies and contribute to a growing portfolio of products that are helping shape the future of power systems.

- Lead FrontEnd Development: Spearhead the design development and delivery of highquality frontend components and interfaces that are integral to EPEs software products.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including backend developers UX/UI designers and product managers to create seamless and intuitive web applications that meet user needs and business objectives.
Develop Scalable Solutions: Leverage modern frontend technologies frameworks and best practices to build scalable maintainable and performant solutions that support the rapidly evolving needs of the energy sector.
Innovative Product Development: Contribute to a growing portfolio of products by introducing new features improving existing functionality and ensuring a smooth reliable user experience.
Mentor Junior Developers: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior software engineers helping them grow their skills and navigate technical challenges in the frontend development process.
Maintain High Standards of Code Quality: Write clean welldocumented and efficient code while adhering to best practices for frontend development security and performance.
Stay Current with Industry Trends: Continuously explore and stay up to date with the latest technologies tools and trends in frontend development to ensure EPEs software products remain at the cutting edge.
Optimize User Experience: Use your expertise to ensure that EPEs software products deliver exceptional usercentered designs that improve usability and empower clients in the energy industry.
Qualifications
Bring your passion heres whats needed:
- Proven experience 8 years) as a Senior Software Engineer or FrontEnd Developer with a strong emphasis on modern web technologies.
- Proficiency frontend technologies such as HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and popular frameworks (React Angular Vue.js etc..
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing with React.js is .
- Experience in developing responsive and adaptive web applications.
- Strong understanding of frontend build tools and version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with backend technologies (REST APIs GraphQL etc. and the ability to collaborate effectively with backend teams.
- Deep knowledge of UI/UX design principles and the ability to work with design teams to create visually compelling and userfriendly interfaces.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a passion for delivering highquality scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a fastpaced agile environment.
- A passion for the energy sector and a desire to make a meaningful impact through technology.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure etc. and microservices architectures.
- Familiarity with containerization and deployment tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies for frontend development.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous projects that demonstrate a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail.
