Field Service Engineer (all genders)
We are looking for a candidate with laser experience to join our team of Service Specialists in Italy into the Industrial business. You are a highly motivated team player wellorganized and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Ideally you have a technical diploma or degree in Electrical engineering Electronic or Electrical Telecommunication with adequate work experience. A good understanding of lasers and computercontrolled systems and proven practical experience is desirable.
However you will also receive some of the best service trainings in the industry. A high degree of selforganization and the ability to work independently at customer sites occasionally meeting demanding deadlines is a prerequisite.You will work closely with our Customers Technical Support Engineering and Administration teams.
Travel will be mainly throughout Italy and occasionally abroad.
Your main tasks will be:
- telephone and customer support by remote
- installation and customer training in the use of laser systems
- field repairs of our laser systems
- preventive and corrective maintenance operations
- prepare service reports by using our CRM platforms (Salesforce) and update relative documentations
Profile and skills :
- Desiderable location: North Italy (Lombardia Piemonte Emilia Romagna)
- Diploma or Degree in electrical engineering electronic or electrical telecommunication
- min. 57 yrs experience as a service technician in an industrial environment
- basic or higher knowledge of Industrial PLC programming with main Fieldbus communications (Profinet Profibus etc. would be considered a plus
- good knowledge of Office package and Windowsbased
- a good level of English is required
- autonomy initiative rigor and good interpersonal skills are the main assets for this position
