About the Team & Office
Join our Brand & Promotions based in Townsville as a Brand & Promotions Lead! In this role youll help shape and execute brand strategies and promotional campaigns that engage and resonate with our audience.
A day in the life
As Brand & Promotions Lead at SCA youll drive ratings success by creating and executing exciting audience experiences with the local content team. Youll manage targeted activations shape brand strategies and use branding web tactics and social media to get our products noticed in the local market.
Each day is an opportunity to boost ratings and engage listeners with creative impactful campaigns. Youll also lead and mentor a Brand & Promotions Specialist helping them grow alongside the team.
What Youll Need
Experience in radio/media promotions marketing branding PR digital media and/or social media strategy
A strong understanding of content sales and promotions in the radio/media industry with a focus on the business benefits of integrating across all platforms
Proactive mindset and the ability to think outside the box to create innovative solutions
Excellent people and resource management skills
Proven success in leading motivating and inspiring teams
A knack for providing creative and practical solutions to meet Sales briefs and Content development needs
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage staff and clients at all levels
A keen interest in news popular culture and current affairs relevant to SCAs audience
