The Role

We are currently seeking a Senior Enablement Specialist to join our Sales Enablement team. As a Senior Enablement Specialist you will be responsible for developing and executing initiatives that enhance the performance of customerfacing teams. This role will focus on optimizing existing resources driving career growth and development and implementing scalable programs to increase revenue improve retention and reduce churn. Key responsibilities include supporting MidMarket and Enterprise teams addressing their unique challenges such as longer sales cycles multistakeholder deals and expansion opportunities. Experience in a fastgrowing company is highly beneficial as this role will involve iterating on current processes and creating new frameworks to support rapid scale. Location: Candidates must permanently and currently reside in the United States. Employees are not required to work in the office or relocate to Lincoln Nebraska for this opportunity. Employees are encouraged to come hang at headquarters for up to 10 days per calendar year on CompanyCams dime.

What Youll Do

  • Develop design and execute enablement training programs tailored to the needs of MidMarket and Enterprise teams both inperson and virtually.
  • Support ongoing development and certification programs for our S3 organization (Sales Support and Success) ensuring alignment with MidMarket and Enterprise best practices.
  • Create scalable enablement strategies that address the complexity of MidMarket and Enterprise sales cycles including deal navigation stakeholder management and expansion opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Sales Customer Success Operations Product and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on enablement initiatives and feedback loops.
  • Analyze and refine existing workflows and procedures to support larger more complex customer accounts ensuring teams have the tools and strategies needed to drive adoption retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Develop and track enablement KPIs measuring the impact of programs on revenue retention and team performance.
  • Provide ongoing support to MidMarket and Enterprise reps helping them navigate deal complexity and adhere to best practices.
  • Help onboard new hires for the Sales and Customer Success team while contributing to Sales/Onboarding ensuring new team members ramp quickly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to ensure MidMarket and Enterprise teams are wellequipped with the latest updates releases and messaging.
  • Conduct regular feedback meetings with enablement stakeholders to refine and improve training initiatives.
  • Create and maintain enablement content/resources that support the growth and success of MidMarket and Enterprise sales and success teams.
  • Travel to our HQ in Lincoln Nebraska as needed most likely 1x/quarter.

What Youll Bring

  • 35 years of experience in SaaS Enablement and Education.
  • 12 years of experience in a Customer Success or Sales role preferred.
  • Experience with developing curriculum and collateral for instructorled eLearning and selfdirected learning modules.
  • Experience with coordination collaboration and organization with crossfunctional teams and departments.
  • Experience managing and navigating CRM systems specifically Salesforce with proficiency in leveraging a tech stack for sales and customer management.
  • Experiencedeveloping metrics that lead to successful outcomes.
  • A passion for teaching coaching and training others.
  • The desire to excel at managing multiple initiatives at the same time with proper prioritization.
  • A strong attention to detail high organizational skills and the ability to thrive in an autonomous environment.
  • The ability to assess enablement effectiveness and contribute evidence demonstrating ROI to stakeholders and leaders.
  • Excellent communication presentation and facilitation skills.
  • The ability to provide productive and effective feedback to the teams you support.
  • A continuous growthmindset with a focus on learning embracing challenges and continuously improving.
  • A knack for creativity and innovation bringing fresh ideas to the table and solving complex problems.

Benefits & Compensation

This is a salaried position at CompanyCam. Our starting salary range is $80000 $100000 per year and is based on experience. We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.
