We are looking for a handson and dynamic Talent Acquisition Business Partner who is keen to balance operational HR with support for endtoend talent acquisition. This role partners with HR leaders and key stakeholders in the businesses across the Pacific Northeast Asia region taking ownership for the sourcing of talent requirements to support business priorities. An onsite based role located in Oakleigh this represents a real opportunity to take your people and culture career to the next level.
Source quality candidates using various methods and platforms
Translate growth plans talent gaps and challenges into TA and hiring strategies
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Be visible in a support role within a decentralised operating environment
Support key divisional and global projects whilst balancing the day to day priorities
Maximise inhouse talent acquisition functions where it benefits the business
Provide managers with generalist HR advice and support
What we are looking for
Both a TA professional and a P&C generalist with a passion for all things HR
Selfmotivation with exceptional organisational and communication skills
Ability to convey information to a diverse range of people in a positive manner
Demonstrated experience using proactive attraction tools/methods
Initiative with the ability work as a member of a small team and lead others
Advanced HRIS experience with SuccessFactors or similar software
Tertiary or equivalent qualifications in Human Resource or similar
