Carlton Fields is seeking an Applications Analyst II for its Tampa office.
Qualified candidates must possess the following skills/experience:
- Qualified candidates will have a minimum of three 3 years of technical support experience.
- Applications Analyst IIsposition primary duty will be to act as a first escalation point for Help Desk.
- Will work closely with the Help Desk and also the infrastructure team.
- Qualified candidates must be able to answer evaluate and prioritize incoming requests for assistance.
- Creative problem solver.
- Willing to be part of an onCall rotation and work OT as needed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills a must.
- Ability to provide customer service in a demanding environment.
- Able to support Windows 11/Office 365.
- Experienced in troubleshooting mobile operating systems such as iOS and Android.
- Knowledgeable in Document Management Systems specifically iManage Comparison Tools and time keeping software such as Intapp Time a plus.
- Skilled in troubleshooting Remote Access and Authentication issues (Virtual Machine RSA Two Factor Authentication VPN).
- Experienced in managing Cisco IP Phones a plus.
- Proactively seek out new knowledge and keep up to date with emerging trends in the industry.
Actual salaries will vary depending upon various factors including relevant experience and skillset. The salary range listed is just one component of the Carlton Fields total compensation package for employees. Other monetary rewards include annual discretionary bonuses based on performance and profitsharing contributions based on eligibility and firm profitability.
