- MF 7:00 am to 6:00 pm and every other Sat 8:00 am to 2:00 pm
- Accept payments from service customers
- Close tickets and balance cash drawer at the end of each day
- Work cooperatively with the serviceand other internal teams
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional friendly and efficient manner
- Type memos correspondence reports and other documents
- Assist in scheduling and confirming service appointments
- Other duties as assigned
- Assist customers with rental vehicles while their vehicle is in the service department
- Excellent listening/communication skills outgoing and positive personality
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
- Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
