Job Description
Description of the role: Advantage Toyota of River Oaks is seeking an experienced Service BDC Representative to join our team. As a key member of our service department you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to service customers.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls texts and emails from service customers promptly and professionally
- Make outbound calls to provide service reminders followups and confirm appointments
- Schedule and manage service appointments using dealership CRM and scheduling systems
- Coordinate with service advisors and managers to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly goals for appointments and followups
- Demonstrate toptier customer service in every interaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Service BDC or automotive call center is a must
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Proficiency with CRM tools and DMS software
- Professional reliable and teamoriented attitude
- Flexible availability including evenings and Saturdays
