The Remember Me team is focused on improving conversion and enrollments for Plaids Remember Me network. We take on foundational efforts and run datadriven experiments to enhance the user experience. Whether were prototyping new features or scaling existing systems we make sure every change boosts both performance and user satisfaction. Together we contribute directly to Plaids top company goals by driving product growth and delivering meaningful results.
As a member of the Remember Me Growth team you will lead development efforts to strengthen our Remember Me network. Youll collaborate with product design and data science teams to identify growth opportunities and design experiments that validate hypotheses. Youll set both a technical and cultural example by driving the teams technical direction and mentoring junior engineers. Your efforts will directly contribute to Plaids top company goals.
Responsibilities
- Drive multiquarter multiteam technical projects in collaboration with crossfunctional stakeholders.
- Working on both the 0 to 1 stage and the 1 to 10 stage of problems.
- Engage in handson coding and architectural design setting and maintaining high technical standards for a high performing team
- Grow the team via mentorship and leadership.
- Designing and running experiments to optimize user conversion and enrollment rates for Remember Me.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams (product design data and foundational teams) to ideate new features streamline user flows and identify areas for improvement.
- Contributing to strategic planning by helping shape the shortterm and longterm direction of the teams experiments and growth initiatives with influence on how foundational teams build components to support the Growth team.
Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in software engineering with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- 2 years of experience as a project lead working with other engineers and other functions (product design data science) to drive .
- Strong product sense customer empathy and understanding of user needs.
- Passion for both prototyping earlystage products and scaling them into stable highquality solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership skills including mentoring junior engineers.
- Nicetohave Experience in growth engineering running datadriven experiments or user optimizations.
$182524 $297000 a year
Target base salary for this role is between$182520 $297000per year. Additional compensation in the form(s) of equity and/or commission are dependent on the position offered. Plaid provides a comprehensive benefit plan including medical dental vision and 401(k). Pay is based on factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position candidates work experience and skillset and location. Pay and benefits are subject to change at any time consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefit plans.
