Job Description
WisEngineering LLC is currently seeking qualified candidates for a potential upcoming opportunity supporting Department of Defense programs at Picatinny Arsenal in Dover NJ. This position is contingent upon contract award and we encourage interested applicants to apply now to be considered when hiring begins. Incumbent personnel are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship is REQUIRED No exceptions.
- This is an onsite position 5 days per week at Picatinny Arsenal Dover NJ. Remote work is not permitted.
- Candidates must be local or willing to relocate at their own expense (limited relocation assistance may be available for highly qualified candidates).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance if required.
WisEngineering LLC is seeking a Wellness Services Support Specialist to assist the DEVCOMAC Wellness Coordinator in promoting health fitness and wellbeing initiatives that enhance mission readiness and quality of life for Army personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
Wellness Program Support:
- Assist in implementing wellness programs that support the physical and mental wellbeing of Army personnel.
- Coordinate with leadership to integrate wellness initiatives into the workplace culture.
Training & Education:
- Facilitate workshops and training on topics such as nutrition stress management mental resilience and physical fitness.
- Provide ongoing education and awareness campaigns to promote wellness strategies among personnel.
Event & Activity Coordination:
- Organize and schedule group fitness classes wellness challenges and healthrelated events.
- Support teambuilding activities that align with Army wellness and readiness goals.
Program Evaluation & Improvement:
- Monitor program effectiveness through surveys feedback and data analysis.
- Recommend improvements and best practices based on participant engagement and outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in wellness health promotion or fitness program coordination preferably within a military or government environment.
- Strong background in nutrition stress management fitness training or health education.
- Ability to develop and deliver engaging workshops and training sessions.
- Familiarity with Army wellness initiatives and DoD health programs is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple wellness activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse groups of personnel.
