Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour (based on experience)

We invite you to become a valued member of our team at Bethany Village where youll experience a flexible beautiful work environment while providing essential personal care and daily support to residents. As a CNA or HHA youll work closely with our skilled nursing team contributing to a safe comfortable space that truly enhances the lives of those in your care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personal care including bathing grooming nail and oral care and skin hygiene.
- Support mobility transfers and range of motion exercises.
- Monitor vital signs and patient conditions promptly reporting any changes.
- Assist with tasks like blood glucose monitoring documenting intake/output and specimen collection.
- Provide nonmedicated enemas and nonsterile wound care.
- Adhere to infection control protocols including PPE and hand hygiene.
- Transport patients and equipment within the facility as necessary.
Requirements:
- Current CNA or HHA certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid drivers license and proof of auto insurance (if applicable)
- CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Prior caregiving or healthcare experience preferred
