Job Description
Overview
The Estimator works directly with prospective clients for the creation of a detailed bid package that meets their needs. Traveling to prospective job sites and client offices as needed as well as multitask on numerous projects duties and deadlines while always professionally representing our company.

Responsibilities
- Leading GC CM GMP and DesignBuild bidding
- Budgeting
- Procurement and buyout
- Plan review
- Value engineering exercises
- Client and trade partner relationship management
Qualifications
- Demonstrates and models Sachse Constructionscore values
- 5years light commercial and/or retail construction estimating experience
- Or10 years of selfperform estimating for an interior drywall / carpentry company
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or Architecturerequired
