Job Description

The Wire Transfer Specialist plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely wire transfers maintaining compliance and continuously improving our wire payment processes.
This is an inoffice position.
Compensation: $22.52 per hour to $30.41 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with federal state and company policies and procedures.
- Be the subject matter expert on wire payment systems and related documentation keeping policies and procedures up to date.
- Oversee all wire payment activities including incoming and outgoing wires (domestic and international) fraud mitigation and document retention.
- Train guide and collaborate with employees in the wire transfer process to enhance customer service.
- Research wire program functionalities to streamline processes and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain and review training materials for users to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Three years of banking experience in operations or wire transfers; twoyear college degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software applications.
- Familiarity with banking procedures AML (AntiMoney Laundering) regulations and wire transfer protocols preferred.
