Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Commi to join our team at THEOBROMA FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED. As a Commi you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of various baked goods including bread pastries cookies and chocolates. This is a fulltime position based in Ahmedabad Gujarat India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 6 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Commi or in a similar role
• Experience in baking bread pastries cookies and chocolates
• Knowledge of different baking techniques and ingredients
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
• Team coordination and communication skills
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of various baked goods such as bread pastries cookies and chocolates
• Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of products
• Measure mix and portion ingredients accurately
• Operate and maintain bakery equipment and tools
• Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow and timely production
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
• Report any equipment malfunction or quality issues to the supervisor
