THE ROLE:
We are seeking a Principal/Lead Developer to lead the development of scalable web applications focusing 75 on UI (Angular) and 25 on backend (Node.js/NestJS). This role combines handson coding team leadership and system architecture to deliver highperformance maintainable solutions. The ideal candidate is organized creative and committed to driving impactful results.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design develop and maintain scalable highperformance web applications.
Build Angularbased UI libraries and components with pixelperfect precision.
Oversee backend development using Node.js and NestJS ensuring seamless integration with the frontend.
Highly organized innovative thinker with a commitment to excellence.
Ownership mindset with a drive for results and creative solutions
Lead and mentor a team of frontend and backend developers fostering technical growth and collaboration.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define requirements set timelines and meet project objectives.
Proven ability to guide and inspire teams to achieve goals while encouraging creative problemsolving.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to align development efforts with business objectives.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Architect solutions for complex systems such as ad delivery networks and authentication.
Identify and implement improvements to workflows code quality and application efficiency.
Take ownership of critical systems and ensure they are flexible maintainable and efficient.
Proficient in Angular TypeScript and responsive mobilefirst web application development.
Skilled in Node.js NestJS and building highperformance APIs.
Familiarity with NX monorepos OOP principles and scalable architecture
