Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled HubSpot/SalesforceCampaigns Specialist with 6 years of experience in marketing automationCRM campaign management and datadriven marketing strategies. The idealcandidate will be responsible for designing executing and optimizingmarketing campaigns using HubSpot and Salesforce to drive engagementlead generation and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & :
- Plan build and execute multichannel marketing campaigns (email landing pages automation workflows social and paid media) within HubSpot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot.
- Optimize lead nurturing workflows segmentation and personalization strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with sales marketing and product teams to ensure seamless campaign and alignment with business goals.
Marketing Automation & CRM Management:
- Configure and maintain HubSpot and Salesforce automation tools ensuring proper integration and data synchronization.
- Develop and optimize lead scoring models and lifecycle management processes.
- Implement A/B testing segmentation and dynamic content strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Create dashboards and reports in HubSpot and Salesforce to measure campaign effectiveness ROI and key KPIs.
- Conduct data hygiene audits to ensure CRM data accuracy and compliance with GDPR CCPA and other regulations.
Process Improvement & Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to improve automation workflows and campaign performance.
- Stay updated with the latest HubSpot and Salesforce features industry trends and best practices.
- Provide training and documentation for internal teams on marketing automation best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 6 years of experience in marketing automation CRM management and digital marketing.
- Expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce (Marketing Cloud Pardot or Sales Cloud). Certifications in HubSpot and Salesforce are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing lead nurturing segmentation and workflow automation.
- Experience with A/B testing reporting and data analysis.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email templates and landing pages (preferred).
- Understanding of GDPR CCPA and email compliance regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
