Residence Hall Director The Residence Hall Director is an essential fulltime professional livein staff member who serves on a team of directors responsible for creating a safe supportive living and learning environment. Responsibilities also include the professional development of undergraduate Resident Assistants as well as the design and oversight of residence hall programming that compliments the academic experience with that of communal residence living. Evening and weekend shifts and participation in the oncall rotation are required. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree (required); 24 years experience in the area of
residence life student affairs and event planning.
