Colorado Visiting Nurse Association has an immediate opening for an Occupational Therapist CAPABLE.
LOCATION: Colorado Springs CO
STATUS: PRN
SCHEDULE: Flexible PRN
RATES: Per Visit Rates
SUPPLEMENTAL PAY: Based on position schedule and/or availability: Paid Mileage
MILEAGE AND EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT: Sixtytwo and a half cents per mile one of the highest in the industry!

WHAT WE WILL LOVE ABOUT YOU:
Minimum Education: Graduation from a college or university with a degree in Occupational Therapy.
Minimum Experience: One year of experience as an occupational therapist required with two years of SNF hospital or inpatient rehab preferable. Home health experience also preferred. Other requirements may vary by case or department needs.
Required License: Active Colorado OT license. Current CPR certification. CPR must be provided and/or obtained. Valid Colorado drivers license and proof of automobile insurance in accordance with state statute.

Colorado Visiting Nurse Association is affiliated with Care Synergy a nonprofit network of communitybased hospice and palliative care organizations serving Colorados Front Range and the Regions Largest Home Health Hospice and Palliative Care Network. Care Synergy provides mission support services to better equip Colorado Visiting Nurse Associationto operate as a distinct and independent organization while working together to share best practices and serve more Coloradans along the Front Range.
