Job Description
The Library Student assistant will uphold the librarys standard of service by thoroughly answering patron questions via a variety of platforms including phone inperson and chat and utilize multiple software platforms to loan study room keys and library materials to patrons. Student assistant will help with special projects and events engaging with library staff and patrons in the building. Student assistant will assist with opening and closing the library and other daily and weekly tasks as assigned.
Must be a current student enrolled at Upstate Medical University and approved for financial aid through the Student Financial Aid office at Upstate.
Various shifts available MondayFriday 8am8pm
$16/hour
This Federal Work Study position is available to current Upstate Medical University students who have been approved for and accepted Federal Work Study through the Financial Aid Office.
