Job Description

Leader Automotive Group is a wholly owned subsidiary of AutoCanada a publicly traded company. Leader Automotive is AutoCanadas first footprint into the U.S. market and we currently have 9 dealerships consisting of 15 different franchises and approximately 500 employees. We have a strong presence in the Chicagoland area with 7 dealerships and 2 more located in central Illinois. We are searching for talented individuals as we begin a new and exciting legacy into the U.S. market.

We are currently searching for an experienced Delivery Specialist/ Customer Relations Associate to work in our Bloomington location store. Having experience in wholesale or retail automotive sales would be ideal. We are looking for someone with high energy and a strong passion for customer satisfaction. We have a beautiful dealership and youd be working around some of the most prestigious franchises in the market... Mercedes Benz Audi Subaru Lincoln & VW. Responsibilities
  • New & CPO vehicle deliveries
  • Know ins & outs of all vehicles (including apps & subscriptions)
  • Love Encore Redeliveries
  • Subari Love Promise Coordinator
  • RDRs /CDK knowledge
  • CSI management
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction
  • Product knowledge/function is key with all the different vehicles on a daily basis
  • Maintaining daily contact target/appointment target
  • Must be able to contribute to positive team environment
Qualifications
  • Strong vehicle technology understanding
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Self Motivated and Energetic
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet daily goals
  • Follow up with customers effectively
