Position Overview: Were seeking an experienced licensed Insurance Sales Advisor who knows how to build relationships and close deals. You must have solid experience in Personal Lines insurance and either existing knowledge of Commercial Lines or a strong interest in learning and growing in that area. Well support your growth but you need to bring the drive professionalism and accountability. This is a clientfocused educational sales role and leads are provided. No cold calling or outside prospecting required. Your job is to connect educate and help clients protect what matters most. We are actively focused on growing our Commercial Lines book so this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to broaden their skill set and income potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and provided leads to quote and bind personal and commercial insurance policies
Educate clients on coverage options and guide them in making informed decisions
Conduct account reviews and identify crosssell or upsell opportunities
Provide exceptional service and followup to retain and grow client relationships
Meet and exceed individual sales goals and agency accountability standards
Collaborate with team members and contribute to the agencys overall success

What Were Looking For:
Active Property & Casualty License (required)
Minimum of 12 years of personal lines agency experience (independent agency experience preferred)
Commercial lines knowledge OR interest in learning and writing commercial business
Strong closer with excellent relationshipbuilding skills
Techsavvy and able to multitask in a fastpaced structured environment
Organized accountable and goaldriven
Available to work inoffice during business hours
