Job Description

Latino Counseling Center a growing family of bilingual caregivers has been serving the English and Spanishspeaking communities since 2018. We are dedicated to helping individuals families and couples cope with personal struggles and mental health issues. Position Overview: The CBHI InHome Therapy (IHT) Clinician at Latino Counseling Center provides intensive homebased therapeutic services to children and families as part of the Childrens Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI). This role involves conducting assessments developing treatment plans and delivering therapy to address behavioral and emotional challenges. The IHT Clinician works collaboratively with families to create a supportive environment and promote positive outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Provide intensive homebased therapy to children and families.
Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Human Services Clinical Mental Health Counseling Social Work Psychology or any related field
LICSW/LMHC or licenseeligible.
Valid license or eligibility in Massachusetts.
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
Oncall responsibilities:
Rotating Oncall responsibilities until 8 PM.
