Reynolds is one of the largest community colleges in Virginia and serves Virginias capital city and five nearby counties. Annually our four campus sites serve approximately 13000 credit students and provide training for 7400 students through the Community College Workforce Alliance. The IT & Business Program Support Technician will support Community College Workforce Alliances (CCWAs) mission by providing administrative and program support to the Information Technology and Business Management workforce training team and programs and other services for job seekers and industry (i.e. IT Project Management Customer Service etc.. The Program Support Tech will support registration by helping track IT and Business Management related grants and support the tuition assistance process when needed serve as a subject matter expert for processes related to IT and Business Management programming and act as a liaison to 3rd party vendors partners proctors instructors and students. This position will help oversee and coordinate class preparation basic technology support and reporting with minimal supervision and the highest level of customer service.
