Measure 110 Senior Project Manager 3Job Description:
Oregon Health Authoritys Behavioral Health Division is seeking an experienced project manager for the Measure 110 program team to facilitate systems level organizational effectiveness program management risk assessment program evaluation and participatory models of quality improvement in service to promoting evolution of and engagement with Behavioral Health Resource Networks (BHRNs) Oregons new statewide substance use recovery system.
In this position you will devote approximately 50 of you time to Project Management which will include: Autonomous Project Leadership Collaboration with Partners Resource Management Risk & Change Management Budget and Performance Monitoring Operational & Research Projects Contract Management & Evaluation Interdisciplinary Team Leadership and Continuous Monitoring & Adaptation.
The remaining percentage of you work will be focused on Systems and Organizational Improvement Legislative Coordination Compliance and Equity Initiatives and Leadership. For a full position description click here.

Most of this work may be conducted remotely at an alternate worksite with full access to the needed operating systems and technology. Some evening and/or weekend work is required to complete a project by a strict deadline. Work location can be changed at any time at the discretion of the hiring manager.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Minimum Qualifications
Seven years of professional level experience related to the class concept;
OR
Six years of professional level experience related to the class concept AND an Oregon Project Management Associate Certification;
OR
Four years of professional level experience related to the class concept AND a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management Public Administration or a closely related field;
OR
Two years of professional level experience AND Project Management Professional Certification awarded by the Project Management Institute.
