About your role:

As a Site Manager at UNITA you will dive in and take responsibility for overall project planning scheduling on site whilst providing technical direction to ensure compliance with quality standards.

This role is available for a 23 month fixedterm contract based in Adelaide however we are open to a permanent opportunity for the right candidate (travel to WA and VIC will be required for the permanent role). Please let us know in your screening questions which option youd prefer.

What your days will look like:

  • Plan organise and control the program and quality of the day to day running of each project.
  • Undertake daily site visits ensuring scope is completed and carry out WHS/Quality Checks.
  • Manage all site crew (including trades and subtrades) to ensure they have the resources needed to complete the works.
  • Coordinate the timing and delivery of multiple trades across multiple projects.
  • Complete status reports on projects ensuring to provide feedback to Project Managers.
  • Ensure that employees have an understanding of the project sites expectations.
  • Ensuring a high level of communication and teamwork through direct communication and onsite meetings.

What you will bring to the role:

  • A minimum of 3 years working within a commercial construction environment (fit out desired).
  • Valid Australian Drivers License.
  • Trade Qualifications in Cabinetmaking Joinery Carpentry or Shop Fitting.
  • OH&S White Card.
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Full legal working rights in Australia.
