Job Description
Are you a strong employee advocate with experience in leading Human Resources
As HR Director of this exciting employeeowned company you will be enhance the growth involvement and support of all members of our team and advancing company vision and culture.
You report directly to the President and oversee all aspects of human resources including benefits management recruitment training and the development and administration of personnel policies working in close collaboration with the Leadership team supervisors and employees.
You will be nurturing and supporting the employees addressing their needs and professional development while also ensuring that HR administration requirements are met.

What Were Looking For:
- Strong advocate for the employeeowner culture and employee engagement.
- Proven experience in HR employment law employee development and organizational leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to connect with employees at all levels.

What Youll Be Doing:
- Facilitate and support comprehensive training and professional development programs.
- Continuing education for licensed professionals.
- Business and industry topical training (risk management legalupdates) and leadership development.
- Technical and skills development training in collaboration with teams.
- Promote companywide initiatives and bolster employee engagement through education programs and activities.
- Create and maintain an employeecentric workplace environment with a focus onachieving recognition as a Best Place to Work.
- Collaborate with Supervisors Managers andLeaders to enhance employee goals and development. Provide counsel mentorship and advice to both employees and supervisors identifyingindividual and team needs and developing tailored programs and policies.
- EmployeeLed Teams: Support and coordinate the activities of theemployeeled teams encouraging collaboration and innovativeproblemsolving.
