Position Details:
- Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off nights 20:0008:00
- Weekly Hours:average of 42h per week.
- Qualifications:SIA license required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Patrols: Conduct regular patrols of the facility to monitor for suspicious activity ensure safety and maintain order.
- Reception Duties: Manage the reception area welcoming visitors and ensuring they are signed in and provided with necessary information.
- Meet and Greet: Greet employees and visitors with a professional demeanor providing assistance as needed and ensuring a positive first impression.
- Staff Queries: Address and resolve staff inquiries related to security policies procedures and general information ensuring effective communication.
- Incident Reporting: Document and report any incidents safety hazards or breaches of security maintaining accurate records for followup.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to alarms emergencies and incidents coordinating with emergency services as necessary.
- Surveillance Monitoring: Utilize security systems and cameras to monitor the premises ensuring a proactive approach to security.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff visitors and emergency services.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in using computer systems for reporting monitoring and accessing security software.
- Customer Service Orientation: Strong focus on providing excellent service and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to observe and report details accurately and effectively.
- ProblemSolving: Strong analytical skills to assess situations and respond appropriately.
- Must have a valid SIA Licence.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Have a fiveyear check able employment history or be able to produce documentary evidence of any period of unemployment selfemployment or full and parttime education during that period.
- Must be within a reasonable commuting distance.
