Job Description

Licensed Occupational Therapist Skilled Nursing Community

La Villa Grande Care Center is looking for a dedicated Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team in Grand Junction CO. The ideal candidate will provide customized treatment plans to patients focusing on increasing their independence and quality of life.

Benefits:

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Help patients participate in daily activities to enhance their wellbeing.
  • Adapt treatments based on evolving patient needs.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.

Requirements:

  • Valid state license as an occupational therapist.
  • Proven experience working with diverse patient populations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities.
