Venturers are the frontline innovators for Mark Anthony Ventures responsible for executing our Innovation Testing Playbook inmarket. They gather
critical market intelligence drive consumer engagement and ensure seamless of brand activations. Acting as both brand builders and
market researchers Venturers identify opportunities test and learn and refine strategies to maximize a brands impact at retail and with consumers.
Accountabilities:
1. Serve as Innovation Specialists executing the Test & Learn model for all NTW brands.
2. Target key stores events and consumer touchpoints to optimize brand awareness and trial.
3. Flawlessly execute the Innovation Testing Playbook ensuring datadriven insights inform brand decisions.
4. Act as the eyes and ears of the brand delivering realtime feedback on consumer response product performance and retail .
5. Collect and analyze consumer survey data from sampling events to refine marketing strategies.
6. Own the of inmarket activations including POS merchandising and relationshipbuilding with key retailers and distributor partners.
7. Manage all aspects of event including logistics product delivery and branded assets.
Key Metrics & Financial Targets:
1. Volume & Distribution growth for NTW brands
2. Consumer Survey Collection & Market Intelligence insights
3. of weekly sampling events & activations.
4. Store Visits: 10 per week
5. Spend Effectiveness in activations
Own:
of all inmarket brand activations samplings and consumer engagement strategies.
Influence:
Brand ambassador training event strategy.
Veto:
Account or event recommendations from wholesalers and the sales team that do not align with the Ventures testing model.
Collaborative Relationships:
1. Ventures Brand Commercialization Team
2. Field Sales Team & Distributor Partners
3. Regional Marketing Team

Shared Accountabilities & Support:

Key Capabilities:
1. Bachelors Degree & 12 years of field sales promotional experience or brand/distributor marketing (preferably in Alc/Bev or CPG).
2. Event and product sampling experience required.
3. Strong understanding of the beer wine and spirits industry and the 3tier system.
4. Ability to work nights/weekends and travel frequently.
5. Strong communication entrepreneurial mindset and problemsolving skills

Compensation:
Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the jobrelated knowledge skills and experience of the individual.
