Job Description:
Toyota of Melbourne has an immediate opportunity for a Rental Car Agent. Must have an outgoing personality the ability to multitask and work well in a fast paced environment. Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate with Rental Car Managerto have loaner vehicles cleaned inside and out prior to loaning To customer.
- Ensure loaner vehicles are checked in properly for damage and fuel usage. This must be performed prior to customer leaving the service center.
- Responsible for ensuring proper documentation requirements are met for all loaner contracts (i.e. valid DL valid proof of insurance deductible deposit charged if applicable)
- Escort customers to the loaner car. Perform a walk around cover preexisting damage and fuel levels. Obtain all document signatures required.
- Once loaner car is returned perform a return walk around review any new damage and fuel level. Obtain all return document signature required as well as any payment for deductible/damage/s to loaner car.
- Assist Rental Car Manager with other duties as required.
Requirements:
- High School degree or equivalent
- Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form.
- Must possess a valid drivers license and good driving record.
- Must be available to work weekends
