As Software Engineering Lead you will provide sound technical leadership for development design and scaling of a new web application positioned to reinvent the insurance market. Your technical skills and knowledge will assist in providing users with the best experience possible while keeping us competitive in the market. In this role you will not only lead but also operate alongside all development efforts and personnel both internal and external. Through these responsibilities you will bring new life to an organizations health plan and be a key driver in our internal efficiency. This position is based out of the Milliman office in Omaha Nebraska. Candidates hired into this role must be willing to work onsite fulltime.
