RPO Recruitment is actively seeking a skilled Stock Controller to join our clients team in Durban. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to manage inventory and ensure seamless stock operations within a fastpaced environment. If you have excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Manage the receipt storage and distribution of goods within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and plan stock levels.
- Update inventory records and prepare reports on stock levels and variances.
- Identify and address potential inventory issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with safety and storage regulations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification or diploma in Supply Chain Management Logistics or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Stock Controller or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and systems.
- Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices.
