We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director Machine Learning to join a USbased B2B SaaS product company. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a talented team and drive innovative machine learning solutions at scale.
Key Details:
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 9 years in machine learning with 3 years of people management experience leading teams of 7 members
Compensation: Open for the right candidate
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelors/Masters/PhD in Computer Science or a related field
Proven track record in building and deploying ML models for batch streaming and realtime use cases
Proficient in Python for model development and data manipulation with experience in Java or Scala for production systems
Handson experience with:
- Messaging Queues: Kafka SQS
- MLOps Tools: MLflow Kubeflow Airflow
- Cloud Platforms: AWS Google Cloud Azure
- Containerization Technologies: Docker Kubernetes
- ML Frameworks: TensorFlow PyTorch
- Databases: Elasticsearch MongoDB PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with data processing tools like Apache Spark and Kafka
- Strong expertise in monitoring tools (e.g. Grafana Prometheus) and distributed computing environments
- Excellent problemsolving skills and analytical mindset
