What Youll Do:
As a Support Worker youll be providing personcentred care that truly makes a difference. Every day will bring new opportunities to help people with disabilities live the life they choose. Your role will involve:
- Enabling individuals to achieve their personal goals and full potential.
- Building and respecting meaningful relationships in their lives.
- Supporting with daytoday tasks to foster independence.
- Promoting and acting within the framework of Options beliefs.
- Understanding and respecting the relationships that are important to the people we support.

About You:

- Hold a Full UK Driving Licence (not essential for all posts)
