Responsibilities
Systems Integrator Project Manager
The systems integrator responsible for organizing integrating multiple systems applications and technologies to create a cohesive and functional whole. The SI shall support the Sponsor in a breadth of activities to include:
- Develop regular status reporting for Departmentlevel leadership to share with senior executives across the Sponsors partners;
- Manage and track multiple meetings captureminutes and support documentation reviews;
- Assist the Sponsor in assessing documenting and tracking program requirements;
- Compose and maintain correspondence documentation such as operating procedures and internal memorandums;
- Coordinate with team members and stakeholders both verbally and in writing;
- Comfortable with technology and can grasp technical concepts quickly;
- Other adhoc tasking as required.
Qualifications
- TS/SCI with Polygraph;
- Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD; an additional four years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
- Proactive selfstarter able to support multiple efforts simultaneously and dynamically pivot priorities based on leadership guidance;
- Ability to understand and document technical concepts;
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks and deadlines efficiently;
- Resourceful and capable of finding solutions to unforeseen issues;
- Ability to proactively engage and drive technology projects forward independently or as part of a team;
- Excellent communication written and verbal) and organizational skills;
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products to include Word PowerPoint Excel.
Highly Desired Qualifications:
- Demonstrated field experience supporting the Sponsor and the mission;
- Cable writing experience;
- Prior experience supporting senior level management;
- Prior experience working across organizational boundaries to achieve mission.
