Position Overview:

The Senior Associate Talent Management plays a vital role in delivering a seamless and peoplefirst employee experience across all touchpoints of the employee lifecycle. Based in our Chicago office this position supports companywide Talent Management processes and serves as the local face of the People Operations team. This dual role ensures both administrative excellence and accessible Human Resources (HR) support for employees and leaders on site and virtual.

This role is responsible for executing onboarding and offboarding programs managing HRIS data integrity ensuring compliance in personnel documentation and supporting talent programs and transitions. As the dedicated People presence in our Chicago office the Senior Associate also provides firstline support for employee and manager inquiries system navigation policy questions and workplace culture engagement. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend handson coordination with generalistlevel employee interaction paving the way for future HR career growth.
